WORK HISTORY: Allstate Properties, Inc. was established in 1977. We have been a strong force in the Real Estate Industry with a well-established, experienced and educated sales force. We currently have 18 active sales people in our office. We average between $30-$40 Million Dollars in Sales Volume each year. Our agent’s have an average of 15 years experience.
Bill DeMars has been a real estate sales person and associate broker since 1978. He is very active in the Flint Area Association of Realtors. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for both the Flint Area Association of Realtors and for This Week In Real Estate. He has been actively involved in various committees and currently the chairman of the Multiple Listing Service. Bill is past chairman of the Standard Forms Committee, Budget / Finance and Secretary / Treasurer of the Board of Directors for the association. Bill has also served on various other committees.

EDUCATION: Bill obtained his Real Estate Sales Person license in 1978 and Associate Brokers License in 1981. Bill has taken various educational courses pertaining to real estate and has earned both the G.R.I. (Graduate of Real Estate Institute) and A.B.R. Accredited Buyer Representative) designations.
